Storm

Thoroughbred gelding (unregistered), 6 years old, black with white blaze, 15.3 hands. Too green to mess with, I think.
Owner described him as "very fast," which was alarming, but she says he isn't fast in the arena, just in a field. He's
been ridden and jumped, but likely not shown, and has been ignored lately. She said she had jumped him, but he is
untrained, it seems, and tends to over-jump the obstacles. Perhaps she doesn't work with a trainer. Sounds very dicey,
but we checked him out anyway. He's very, very cheap (probably too good to be true). He had thrown a shoe (and I had
just been thrown by Elegante), so I didn't ride him. Some of his mane and tail have been rubbed off or bitten off by other
horses. He has the dreaded ewe neck, and when running in the round pen crashed into the side of it a few times. Very
sweet temperament. But at that price something must be very wrong.

I said something about my dream horse being black with a white blaze.

Jason said, "My dream horse has wings."

Priced at $1,200 OBO
